Get hold of ItemsControl

Is there a way of getting hold of a ItemsControl in White? I need to verify the children count of the control in my test.

you can use Items.Count.

I am running into a similar problem and I am quite sure that the answer of viveksingh is not a solution. You still need to retrieve the control. Looking at the wpf application with uispy or uiexplorer, it does not show the itemscontrol. Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

[edit]I am not suggesting that White is responsible for this problem, it's more likely to be WPF behaviour[/edit]
